I have a serious question for you!

Hey girl, hey!!!

Let me ask you a quick question… Are you feasting on your life or just nibbling at the scraps?

Too real? Good. Because I felt like I needed to wake some of you up! (Like someone did for me!)

Here’s the truth: Too many brilliant, beautiful, capable women are out here running on empty, burnt toast in one hand, calendar in the other, thinking but not saying, “This ain’t it.”

We’ve normalized depletion like it's a rite of passage. Girlfriend, since when did “barely making it” become the vibe?

Y'all know me, I'm here to change that! #yourewelcome

Today, I’m inviting you to design a life that FEEDS you!

What is that? It's a life that fuels your purpose, fires up your joy, and fortifies your peace. Not one that drains your energy, your bank account, and makes your girlfriends ignore your calls.

Let’s talk about what that looks like, practically and powerfully:

1. Audit Your Energy!

Grab your phone. Open your calendar. Now ask yourself: “Does this feed me or deplete me?”
That meeting? That friend? That recurring obligation you lowkey dread every month? If it drains your spirit and doesn’t pour into your purpose or peace, reclaim your yes and practice your “not today.”

2. Rewrite the Rules

A fed life isn’t just full, it’s designed on your terms. Who told you success = exhaustion? Who said rest = laziness? Burn those rules. Burn the permission slips. Write your own.

3. Create More "Soul Snacks"

These are the tiny, daily joys that sustain your spirit:

  • A playlist that makes you feel like the main character
  • A morning walk before the emails attack
  • Texting your great girlfriend a meme that makes y’all wheeze
  • Praying or journaling before the world gets loud

These are not luxuries, they are necessities. You don’t need a 10-day retreat in Bali (though I’m not mad if you’re booking it).
You just need to honor the little moments that say, “I matter.”

4. Feed Your Purpose

A fed life is about impact. What are you building? Who are you serving?
Whether you're raising kids, launching brands, mentoring, or finally launching that candle biz, it should feed your soul too.
You weren’t meant to be a martyr! You were meant to move with mission and momentum.

Here's a note I recently wrote to myself:

Sybil, you are not a bottomless well. You are a garden. And a garden needs water, sun, and boundaries.

Take it from me: don’t just survive your life, great girlfriend.
Feast on it. Design it like it’s your dream home. Decorate it with your values. Start your new podcast. You deserve that kind of life. And I’ll be right here cheering you on as you build it.

I'm cheering you forward from victory to victory!

Sybil.

P.S. I designed the ultimate girls' day out for all of us on September 26, in Los Angeles. You're invited! Get more info here.

P.S.S. A new episode of the podcast just launched. It's all about getting the help you need NOW. You can listen HERE!
